Logitech 640s vs Altec 251s

I've been going over many different reviews on these speakers, and now I need some opinions. I would preferebly like opinions for the 640s made by people who have listened to them without any hissing problem.

I have the 640's and haven't had any hissing problems. I remember listening to both at Best Buy and preferred the 640s, and i'm plenty happy with my set.

bUMp.....oh and a correction, I guess I need opinions on the best 5.1 system under $100.

I also have the 640's, I haven't noticed any hissing either.
