Look out Cube, here I come

Not to be outdone by the Cube, and those being assisted by the PF, my herd is in the middle of a large growth period. I added 20 PIII-667's this last week, and this weekend will see the addition of an additional 20 pIII-667's (these 40 machines run about 12-14 hours/day--probably just for the summer, but I may be able to keep them).

I should also gain a bump on Thursday or Friday, when I hope to have my secondary lab online with 32 more PIII-667's running 24/7...Another 5 or 6 thousand blocks/day should come up in the next week or 2 after that as I optimize my current image in my primary lab on 32 P3-450's and about 28 p2-266's (remove findfast/openGL screensavers, etc...). These 95 someodd machines are 24/7 and good for at least the next year.

The recent growth of Team AnandTech is simply amazing I can remember when 500k was a good day :Q and one or two "Big Guns" kept us in the running, now it is like someone popped a supercharger in the Team Anandtech cruiser and punched the nitrous button ZZZZZOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

Yep Slacker...I remember when TA was Clan AnandTech, Mika's Proxy didn't exist, and we were struggling to break into the top 50/40/30 on the all-time stats. The cool thing is that it's not the big guns who keep us going, it's the 500 some-odd people who do 1000 blocks or less that make us consistantly the #1 team.
