Looking for a GREAT NAS

Does anyone have any suggestions when it comes to buying a NAS? I am looking to spend under $300. I currently have two DNS-321's (http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=666), but they are not as fast as I would like. Any suggestions are appreciated!
