well the best ones are supposedly the coolermaster neon rifle bearing fans. very thin led wires and rifle bearings are supposed to be quiet.

coolerguys.com has pctoys ones at 3 for the price of 2 and they are far brigher, quieter and move more air than their antec counterparts

don't get the ultra cheap onesunless you want thick getto tape around the edges and other not so nice things you get what you pay for.. as ussual.
