The best radar detector is the Valentine 1.
But I never see any deals on them, since you can only buy them directly fromt he company.

Confirm the Valentine 1 as the best out there, only available direct but worth it. remote display is also a nice addition. warnings are a good 1/2 mile ahead of other units, plus directional display lets you know where the source is.

The best one is to slow down. Too many people get into accident because they cannot handle the speed, yet they don't realised that until too late.

The "best" one out there now is the Escort Passport 8500... A lot of comparison tests have shown that it is better than the V1 now... and $100 less... you're still not going to see any deals on it besides ordering from their website so you don't have to pay The Man.
