Losing Internet Connection

Hey guys,

I have a weird problem with a router that i hope you guys can help me with. A Linksys BEFSR41 connect 2 pc's in diff't rooms. The one closest to the router is fine, but the one in anoter room keeps losing its internet connection for some reason. I can't figure out what it is..

Mind you, it's ONLY the internet connection and not connection to the router, cuz i can ping, tracert, telnet the router, etc fine! That particular pc is using an Intel 100+ Management NIC...

Any clues?

Have you tried changing the cable and/or reinstalling the NIC drivers? Are you using DSL with PPPoE? Are the network/DNS/OS settings the exact same on both computers? Have you tried swapping the ports that the two computers plug in to?
