I'm looking for something very budget conscience, $50 or under preferably, but definitely no more than $100
II. Any particular preferences (Manufacturer[nV or AMD], Brand[XFX, Sapphire, EVGA, etc], Cooling Solutions)?
I'm not picky, I just want the best bang for the buck.
III. Do you plan to have any Multi-GPU solutions such as Crossfire or SLI?
No
IV. Have you previously looked at a product(s) which you feel would fit your needs?
Ive looked at some low end cards at newegg, but Ive been so removed from the ins and outs of modern hardware for so long I don't know what to get.
V. What are your needs for this GPU? Which games(If any)do you intend to play? If you have this information at hand, what are the desired detail levels?
I'm not a gamer, but I do use the computer for watching streaming video, encoding, watching TV web etc.
VI. Do you plan on overclocking the card you intend to purchase?
Not necessarily, but I'm certainly not against it

In the past there have been low buck cards that could be upgraded to higher buck cards with firmware from another card. Something like that would be great. Im looking for the most bang for the buck. I know the card I have now is faster than most/all of the cards in my price range but its not "fully" compatible with win 7, I'll sacrifice speed for complete compatibility, hence reliability. Thanks
