What type of bathroom drains do you have? If you have push drains and you/your wife have long hair, you might need to remove the push drains to clean accumulated hair out of the drains. Drain cleaners don't work very well on hair clogs in tubs and sinks with push drains installed (i.e. the hair tends to clog in the push drain mechanism itself and not in the traps, so drain cleaner standing in the trap can't work on the clog).
Also, do you have hard water with high mineral or rust content? Build up in fixtures can affect water pressure.
If you have rusty pipes, in addition to clogging up the aerators it can also internally plug up toilet fill valves as well. And, if your bath and sink fixtures use cartridges with seats and springs, the seats and springs can suffer build up and partially clog in the seats as well affecting the water pressure.
