To my knowledge, the latest gen Mac Mini is NON-upgradeable memory. The drive is replaceable, if only because they aren't using SSDs yet, but they could always re-vamp the Mini to be basically a headless MacBook, Core Ms, integrated SSD and RAM, fanless, MUCH smaller (think aTV sized).
Not say that they will do that, just that they could.
Sure it's upgradable! How handy are you with a soldering iron?
This is my biggest annoyance with the new Macs. I can tolerate it on cheaper systems but not the $1000+ ones like their laptops. Just max out the RAM if you're ordering it. Pretty much all you can do.
