Major Problem I Think...Help Please

I was loading XP and all was going fine. The step I was at was partitioning the hardrive when by mistake I reset the computer.

Now when I attempt to continue the install the computer hangs up while it is:

"Verifying DMI Pool Data" and tells me that there is an:

"Error Loading Operating System"

and won't let me do anything past that. Hate to beg here but Help please. Thanks

Can you start from the begining again and boot from the CD and format and everything?

Unfortunately no. When the computer starts it allows me to either Post or go into my Bios. When I post it immediately jumps to "Verifing DMI" without allowing me to start again.

Change 1st boot device in BIOS to cd, or

D/l free HD utility from manufacturer for reformating and start over.

Got it fixed!!!!! Thanks everyone for your input. My motherboard "MSI K8N Neo" has a "Clear CMOS Jumper" on it.

I cleared all the data by moving the jumper and shorting and thus clearing all the data. Boy I am one lucky you know what.....

Remember everyone, Do not Reset while installing an operating system...lol.
