Just sat down for my morning coffee and hit up the news. I click a link which shows a picture of a guy wanted for first degree murder, and I look at him and realize hes a guy I went to high school with. Probably the last guy that I would ever think would do something like this. Man...thats crazy, I remember hanging out with him in high school and cracking jokes. I guess people really do change.

I remember my 2nd year in the Navy my dad sent me an article about one of my buddies killing himself. Dude was lead center of basketball team and had loads of girlfriends and a college scholarship.

I guess some folks can't handle life after high school.

I'm always amazed at how many people don't think about their future and live blindly in the moment.

In high school I started hanging out with a pretty normal guy. Eventually our interests diverged and we went our separate ways. Years later I bumped into him and found out that he had never even murdered an innocent! Freakin' psycho.

Needless to say, I murdered him on the spot. I mean, we can't have a freak like that running around not threatening society, right?

There's a lot more to this but I'm going to have to cut it short since I have some other atrocities to attend to (this box of kittens isn't going to drown itself).

I've reconnected with some friends I had in high school and can't believe how little I have in common with them now. None of us have killed anyone though. D:

On the been murdered side... I played on a summer basketball team in high school, and 4 out of the 8 players have been murdered over the years. I am the only one left that started.
