I had win98, win2k and linux redhat 6.0 installed boot with lilo.
Now, I installed linux mandrake7.2 with CDRom boot. Then I selected install and use the existing partition which suppose to be used by Redhat6.0. Then after the installation, it reboots and when opens up the KDE windows, all the icons came out very slow, and no characters under the icons is shown, there are several blurred lines there, everything displays on the screen very slow. It automatically pop up the tip window, the old man is pretty clear but no character shown on the left side. The whole system got hung, It doesn't really response to my mouse. I have to turn off the power to log off.
Does anyone has this experience, and knows the solution?!!!

I am duron 600@645, 256M Ram, Trident Video Card. I reinstalled several time, and tried the display option from 1024X768 all the way to VGA 640X480. I got no lucky.
