Hello Group,
I would like to be able to hide my computer desktop from prying eyes by activatating the password protected screensaver by clicking on an icon on my taskbar.
If I activate the screensaver by right clicking on the desktop, choose properties, screensaver, then preview, the screensaver will not be password protected once a key is pressed or the mouse is moved and will go away, showing the desktop once again.
The only way I know how to activate the password protected screensaver is to set the timer to one minute and then wait for it to activate after the minute is up.
Do any of you know if this can be done in Windows XP? I did it once in Windows 98 but I don't remember how. Thanks much in advance.
