I have done HapKiDo for 12 years and before that TKD, MuaiThai,BJJ,KravMaGa and some George Dillman "style" pressure point training under one of his high ranking black belts in North Miami Beach.
I am not a "bad ass" but can handle myself I really liked working @ strip clubs Solid Gold in North Miami Beach and Miami Gold in NMB the pay was pretty good the tips were great and the atmosphere was great
So from personal experience I'd check out the strip barz...

You could see if an existing dojo needs an office assistant. Lets you see the behind-the-scenes paperwork, enrollments, etc.

Sorry, all that I can think of is bodyguard (take more than martial arts though), do those fitness infomercials, or join the military and drop kick some saudi terrorists.

Best suggestion so far -- running your own business you'll need to understand the paperwork side even after you're doing well enough to hire someone to do the work.

Uh dude, Ogawa sucks ass! That dude got the weakest opponents of all the competitors. Nogueira on the other hand is freakin' amazing! I'm going to predict Nogueira and Fedor in the final bout. But as good as Nogueira's stand up has gotten, he better not try to swap punches with Fedor or you'll have the same results as the last time they fought.

Anyway, Jehovah, I suggest you worry less about opening a Martial Arts school (Martial Arts schools usually don't generate alot of money), and hit the gym and put some weight on. 6' at 165lbs? Jesus.

Martial arts nowadays have very little to do with hand to hand combat.

In practical application;

I helped in finding the headquaters of our school in Illinois. I'm partially taking care of that kind of stuff as it is.
