What do you call it when you roll straight back onto your back then kinda push with your hands and flip up onto your feet? You know, the move you always see it martial arts movies and stuff.

Seriously, though, you could be referring to what Japanese arts refer to as ukemi, which roughly translates to recieving body. Basically that is the technique of do forward rolls, back rolls, foot falls, etcetra which you do to 'recieve' a technique from another person. At more advanced levels, you really do not have to use your hands to perform the moves, well you could, well honestly it is hard for me to explain. Just google up ukemi.
What you are actually seeing in movies, though, is probably just some kung fu highly stylized just for show type technique.
