PowerYoga, it depends on what role you prefer playing as too what loadout you should be using. Now obviously the mech you are in plays a BIG part as to what role you can play as well.
My biggest issue with the game simply has to do with how much ammo I need to use due to the doubling of the armor on mechs. Ammo per ton should have been doubled as well, but it was not (alternatively, damage could have been doubled, but the whole purpose of the doubling of armor was to make matches last a little longer, and this would defeat the purpose). As it stands, it takes something like 600 LRMs to kill a mech, which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. And if you are using UAC5's you better have 8-12 tons of ammo with you or you are out before you kill 2 mechs.
