What I meant is I thought the "after" picture was from some time after the baby had been born.

She isn't due till January. There were a few more shots of her, on that second link. Shows more of a side view. She is very pregnant.

That is actually very typical. Some women can gain 40 to 60 pounds easily, while pregnant.
