Memory for new rig

hey, im going to be making a new system around july 24th :] and i am wondering what 2 GB (2x 1GB) set of ram would be the best to get. Currently I am thinking about this

here are some basic specs of what i will be getting:

Athlon 64 X2 4400+ (Toledo)
ASRock 939Dual-SATA2
Nvidia 6800GT (from current computer)
Seagate 200GB (from current computer)
Rosewill RP550 Power Supply (550W)

anyways, there is some possibility for OC'ing in the future, not major though.
the most intensive things used on this rig will be gaming, CAD (solid modeling) and CFD.

also, noob question, someone want to post a link for like a "all you need to ever know about ram speed" or something like that?

i <3 you guys.

edit: yes i am open to suggestions on anything that would be better than what i am considering.

maybe i could go with some DDR500? would it be worth the extra money?

Rosewill aren't really great PSU but I recommended to get Fortron AX500-A.

Memory choice is good but you can get Patriot for cheaper (better timings as well if you don't OC that much).

Crucial, Corsair, Patriot, GSkill.....they're all pretty good.

hmmm, yeah that patriot ram does look good, i dont really plan on doing any hardcore OCing.

but now im wondering what type of PSU would be good to get then? thanks guys

an antec over 400watts would do the trick. I use a 400 for 2gigs/2.45ghz A64/Raptor/7800gt.
