I tried updating the BIOS now (didnt occour to me to try that before) and it still doesnt work, what i saw this time is that the BIOS only detets 3264mb.

I tried looking everywhere in the BIOS but i simply cannot find anything that would describe why it eats 832mb memory.

This topic has been covered to death. If you use any 32 bit windows version, it only recognizes about 3 gigs of ram due to limitations of the operating system. If you want it to recognize 4 or more gigs, get a 64 bit version.

Are you using the integrated onboard graphics? Most motherboards will reserve a certain amount of memory to be used as Vram when using the integrated video. If you are using a dedicated discreet graphics card, then you may have to turn off the onboard video in the bios menu.

Currently, I use a pci-e, but i have used asrocks display port and the VGA too, it doesnt change the amount of memory the bios finds during POST.

I have tried to look for settings in the bios but tried invain

i took a few pictures of the bios showing the relevant configuration options, it can be shown here

Think I figured it out. In order for the listed specs to be updated, you may have to reinstall windows 64. I changed out cpus once, and it wouldn't list the new cpu, only the old one.

Check through your BIOS options for a setting named 'memory remapping' or 'remap over 4G' and set to enable. Advanced Chipset or Memory options.
