Memory timings

I have this memory. When I run default bios it sets it to 3-3-3-8 2T timings. Should I put it at 2-3-3-8 like the specs says it runs at? Will I see improvement in memory load times? I play BF2... Thanks

You'd see some slight improvement at CAS 2

You can always try it.. I believe your board will reset to the last good boot if you make a change that hangs the reboot.

after checking that list out, I noticed that DRAM clock is to be set at 400MHz (3500LL). That kind of loses me. I thought the 3500LL was supposed to be 436MHz. What am I missing here?

I did manually set my timings to 2/3/2/6 1T from 2.5/3/3/6 2T (runs solid), but I had to manually set the cpu mutliplier to x12 because it was trying to overclock to 2.6GHz after I changed the timings. I'm not pretending to know what I'm talking about, because I don't (well, just enough to figure this out so far), but I need to learn. If I up my voltage to 2.75 as recommended, will I be able to see that higher bandwidth? Can someone fill in the gaps, or at least point me to a good gap-filling source?

I apologize to the op for hijacking too, I just figured my question fit the thread pretty well...
