Michelle Malkin comment section illustrates the serious delusion the right is under. When faced with the reality of the polls which contradicts their own worldview, they conclude reality must be an illusion.
These are in response to her post on the Powell endorsement.
So the national polls which call a few hundred people out of the 300 million in the country haven't happened to hit any of these folks, so therefore the polls are purely a product of MSM bias and manufactured to tamp down conservative voter enthusiasm. Nevermind that when the polls showed McCain up, they were accepted as accurate representations of projected election results. Nevermind that Fox News and WSJ own internal polls show the same thing as the "biased" MSM polling companies. But when McCain is behind, clearly something is fishy. These folks are in for a big surprise if the EV results come back as expected in 2 weeks.
Side note, I guess these folks also missed that Fox News called Florida for Gore before later switching it. Damn that den of liberal elitists trying to dishearten conservatives!

Question for everyone?Digshot mentioned the polls with Catholics, Jews, Blacks, Independents voting for Obama.
Do you know anyone who has ever taken a poll?
I personally have never heard of any family or friends that I know of that were contacted to take a presidential poll. Who are these ?voters? they are contacting? The fact that McCain is so close actually tells me that in reality he is either ahead or it is super close. I think its just a way for the MSM to try and brainwash undecided voters.

I?ve been thinking the same thing, too, for quite some time. I?ve never been polled, nor do I know of ANYONE?yes, I?m only one person, but sounds like I?m not the only one. I really think this is just another ploy, much like ?calling Florida for Gore? in 2000, to discourage conservative voters. It has the opposite effect on me, though. I become much more determined when told I shouldn?t do something.

Never been polled, neither has anyone at my workplace.
