Hi Everyone,
Im hoping that someone can shed some advice on my issue, as my google searches have came up rather empty handed...
I recently purchased a MS Band 2 and have installed the MS Health App. This is my first wearable/fitness tracker, and i am so far very impressed with the sheer volume of data it is able to pull... very cool!
anyway, i was an avid user of mapmyrun and myfitnesspal (Used on a Nexus 5) these 2 apps never had an issue communicating in the past. i added MS Health, went into my ms health settings and added myfitnesspal. after logging a workout on the band, i opened myfitness pal and no data pulled over, i even opened MS health first, waited a few moments and relaunched myfitness pal and nadda... my calorie count is not changing... I also added mapmyfitness (as opposed to mapmyrun) and added it in my MS health app. it does appear to display the calories from the workouts however nothing is pulling over to myfitnesspal...
i do really enjoy the functionality of both the band and the myfitensspal app, but if i cannot get these 2 to talk to each other, i will need to return the band and go with something like a fitbit that can play niceley with myfitnesspal..
any advice you can offer me in helping these 2 communicate would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
RK
