Is there any software out there that can open MDI (Microsoft Document Imaging) files without having to get MS Office 2003? I mean any free viewers out there like Adobe PDF viewer.
As far as I know, MDI documents can only be opened in Office 2003; I don't know of any free viewers for them. You could, however, have someone open the file for you and then re-save it as a TIFF. Or you could d/l a free triall of MS Office 2003 and view it.
