Small Business accounting & finance software. Check out the demo, then download the software (200+ MB) from Microsoft or Ideawins.

I haven't used it yet, but it appears to have eBay functionality included.

If it's free, it's for me. If it's from Microsoft, it's your call.

very powerful accounting program that completley integrates with Outlook, Office 2007 and Groove. Has plugins for PayPal, Ebay, Equifax and others. Been using it for a few months now.
