Mini-ITX Help please

I'm thinking about get the new EPIA M 10000 mobo and need a small(Very small!) PSU to go with it
I have read diff power needs for this mobo.. one said only 10 Watts or said 90 Watts...
Anyone know how much power i really need?
I have looked at a "Morex 55W PSU and DC-DC Converter Kit" Link
whats a DC-DC Converter? don't i need AC to DC? or this its just for the UK?
All i need to do is run the mobo/Laptop HD/Fans and may be some lights will 55 Watts be good for that are will i need more? i have see 60 Watts too..

The Cubid cases with that power supply basically converts AC power to DC12V and then that little circuit board in the picture just looks like it converts the 12V DC into an ATX power connector for the inside of your case. That 55W may or may not be enough for you needs but I'd imagine that it should suffice unless the new CPU uses a good deal more power than the older ones.
