mirror a hard drive?

I just got a new hard drive (160 gb) and would like to take out my 40 gb drive. However, I don't want to go through the process of reinstalling XP and Gentoo linux so I am wondering what the best solution is to "mirror" the 40 gb drive onto the 160? It seems I have a few options such as PartitionMagic, Ghost, and DriveImage, but I am not sure what will do exactly what I need and duplicate the partitions and keep the bootloader (GRUB) in tack. If anyone has experience with this some advice would be greatly appreciated (I have had too many Christmas holidays spending way too many hours getting my computer all fixed up ).

I have used Nortons Ghost to mirror a 40gig hard drive to 120gig, but it was using winXP Pro. You have to install the program, create a set of start up disk for Nortons Ghost, shut down and install start up disk and new hard drive, then restart will take you into Nortons under start up disk power, and from there you do what needs to be done. I have found though, that Ghosting a drive leads to more bugs in the future. Nothing beats a clean install.

If you got a retail maxtor, western digital, or seagate, they usually come with software or boot disks to do this all for you. I've used the maxtor and seagate to copy my old drive to the new one. But that was just one windows partition.
