Help... cooling PIII (Slot1)
((-: ----"They said it couldn't be done, so I did it.....and it wasn't so difficult at all."--- )
This refers too my newly fixed PIII-550...
Now the CPU is running like h... (or as fast i can get it to run on an old BH6 (616 MHz) with a
borrowed cooler-device, and there starts my new little problem.
When they (who sold/give me the CPU) stipped off the "housing" (a'la what is shown on www.tomshardware.com ??)and they didn't put it away.
Now i wonder if any of you have a good/cheap solutinon for mounting a cooler on the bare SECCII CPU-board.
The cooler I use at the moment belongs to a PIII 600E, witch i am going to use somewhere else...)
I'we got a cooler, but it's supposed to bee clipped together with the original "back-cover" on the CPU, and that one is MISSING..........
Any GOOD suggestions ?
...and yes....I am planning on getting another board than BH6 for this CPU..(my old BH6 is just used for test purposes nowadays)
And again, sorry if some of my english are somewhat peculiar.
Thx. in advance.
