I don't have cable tv. Don't have a ton of use for it, as what little time I have never happens to fall during a show I actually want to watch. I prefer to pick up the box sets on Amazon after the season is over. The only thing I would like to watch live, is Baseball. But, if you want to watch Baseball in New England, you have to see it on NESN, and to do that, you have to have cable.
Or, you could pay $80 or $110 (Regular or Premium/HD) to watch it streaming! Just, not live.

Really? $80 so I can NOT watch them live? $80 that goes straight to MLB, not to Comcast, or Verizon, or some other damn company? $80, plus commercials...for what? I'm willing to pay for the stream, but, I'm not willing to sit down to watch an evening game 45 minutes AFTER ITS OVER. Nothing like some midnight baseball. Maybe I'm the only person who feels like this is shafting the consumer, but, screw it... I'm done watching baseball.
