yea it's a buff, only takes 3-4 to kill a tank, rather have the reload shortened and lose a shell
only time it may get hairy is if you're fighting more than 1 tank
i want an e3 but can't stomache grinding thru the t28 and t95....
it's to easy to destroy a t95 and since it's to slow to relocate i'd probably stick near spawn every game...
if you can get 20 wins in a row, i need to toon up with you sir hahaha
i pretty much solo t95s all the time, if i have the HP in a heavy i take the shot and sidehug/flank it to death, if im in a medium, do the same. if i can't take a hit i just peek a boom the cupolas.
The E3 is quite a beast. Great armor, great gun, and not bad maneuverability for all the armor it has. Don't get me wrong, it's still slow, but not so slow that it can't react to things.
I actually love the T95. It is my most played vehicle with almost 600 battles. I have about a 55% win ratio with it (my overall is 53.5%, so it does above my average for me).
The thing is, a lot of players thing you have to spawn camp because it is so slow. I disagree. The T95 should be played very aggressively to get the most out of it. It is a great vehicle most of the time when played in this way, and can have a real impact on the battle.
If the enemy is firing a lot of gold, you might struggle. But if you wiggle a lot, people will bounce a ton of shots trying to fire for your cupola.
About 25% of the time though you're just too slow or get swarmed by mediums, or get one shotted by a tier X arty. So you have to deal with that frustration.
Here is an example from one of my replays:

I would say the T95 is a very fun grind.
As for the rest of the tree.
Jackson - Great tank. Essentially just a slower hellcat that has some armor. Not enough armor to count on for any particular shot, but enough to count on to bounce at least a few per battle (more than the hellcat). It's almost like playing a slow hellcat with 300 extra HP or something.
Still say the Hellcat is better because of that speed, but the Jackson still has that great gun, and is more survivable. After 181 battles, 62.3% win rate with it.
T25AT - Not a huge fan of this tank. Has decent speed and gun depression, but very weak armor. Top gun is pretty decent. Overall, I'd say this is an average grind. Not bad, but not a tank you're probably going to want to keep (whereas I kept my Jackson). 145 battles, 53% win rate.
T28 - Complete turd. This is the worst tank in the grind IMO. Armor looks alright on paper but really it sucks as it has HUGE weak spots. Gun is OK but slow rate of fire.
This thing is almost as slow as the T95, without the amazingly good gun and great armor. Sold it as soon as I could. 82 battles, 43 percent win rate.
Anyway, if you decide to go down that path, really the only thing that is very painful is the T28 IMO. And the E3 at the end is a great Tier X (That one 187 battles, 57% win rate).
One of the best things about the E3, by the way, is that the tumor on the top isn't a weak spot, but you get a lot of people bouncing off of it because they think it is.
yeah I used to shoot at that tumor, assuming it was somewhat like the E5. Now frontally I only aim for the left or right side of the lower glacis. The center of the lower glacis seems harder to pen maybe because it is more rounded.
