Probibly the next sought after overclocking chip!
I've seen a few people now with this chip hitting new hights, I've got a 2400+ mobile lastweek and its purring like a kitten at 2266mhz @ 1.65V which is the FASTEST I can go on my old board, literally and the 1.65V is as low as the board will go. A few others have been getting 2.4-2.5gig with less than 1.9V especially with the new IQZFA stepping. Anyone else running one of these chips yet, mine was 79$ from newegg 2 weeks ago.

I just got a 2500+ mobile from newegg. Haven't had time to properly test yet, but out of the box I started at 2ghz. I expect it will do at least 2.2ghz, hopefully higher without turning my computer into a wind tunnel...

I'm using a Biostar M7NCG 400 mobo. Had instant problems with the onboard video while overclocking, but with my ATI Radeon 9100 it is perfectly fine. Did a 5 hour burn in and temps were about 40 - 42 C with stock AMD hsf, when not in use they dropped down in the low 30s C. I Set my voltage to 1.5v, since the default is 1.45 for these chips.

You can adjust the multiplier with the mobile as well, correct?

Same here, mobile 2400 barton on M7NCG 400. Started at 2G(166x12) @ 1.475V. Didn't try much overclocking cause I am using a slim case. Now, it's set to run 166x11 @1.375V. 1.35V is fine too but Iam afraid the Vcore drops below 1.3 (which is the lowest M7ncg400 can do) too often.
It's a great chip, you can freely set Vcore and speed accroding what you are doing in a wide range

yep, multiplier, fsb, voltage.

Default fsb and multiplier are really low, so don't be alarmed when your mobo shows a low speed when it first detects the cpu. Just manually change the settings in your bios. Mine came up as a Mobile XP 800mhz cpu at first...

Here's a link to a thread in the "Xtreme Systems Forum" regarding these mobile cpus. Lots of good info if you browse through it.
