Soo I've decided to randomly venture to the town of my favorite brewery for a bit of a vacation in March. We're planning to be there a little over 7 days... and I have no clue what to do other than try to visit my favorite brewery (Unibroue).
So I'm looking for a few tips on things to do in the area, as well as where to stay. Some people have told me it's best to stay at a hotel near the Orange line, basically saying it's the main line that you will probably use. I have no idea at this point.
Anyone from Montreal (or Canada in general) that has some travel tips?
To do list so far:
-Drink beer every night, ideally at places with delicious Belgian's
-Go to a crêperie, since that's one thing frenchies got right
-Visit Unibroue brewery, or at least their restaurant
-See Notre-Dame Basilica
... Sooo it's pretty light overall.
Also, is this really how Canadians talk and look? I just want to know to be prepared
