I do apologize. I usually don't go into your threads, but I got sucked in by the title. However, it wasn't Amazon doing anything wrong. You overreact to everything. "Oh no someone said I didn't agree with in a thread, so I'm going to publicly announce they are going to be ignored". Yeah, sorry I remember those posts/threads because I think to myself "Really, you don't know why they got deleted?" I wasn't even going to make a 2nd comment, but you come in as usual with the "Stay out of my thread" crap, along with the "I have no idea what you're talking about". I simply refreshed your memory. No, you didn't.
Now, you took some time and showed you are just talking out of your...
And, on top of that, you are coming close to stalking, kind of a weird almost obsessive noting of something tiny and trying to necro it into some larger attack you have.
Oh my gosh, months ago, I found a game forum moderator who acted badly, out of my three thousand games on Steam. I share the story here, and here you are here months later to throw it in my face as if it's something I did wrong you are here to attack me for. You acting quite badly here, and you probably don't even get it.
To post in my thread, your mobile number is required. Post it.
By doing so, you consent to unlimited marketing or harassment calls. If you don't like it, say so, and I'll cut and paste your post.
BR-549. Now text spam me forever.
Invalid mobile number. You are not allowed in thread.
Good point!
Oh my gosh...what will I do now?
That's your opinion, too, but it's right. "That's your opinion" is perhaps one of the most overused phrases in English. It would have no purpose, but it does for the incredibly rare, less than 1% of the time, cases someone says, "Vanilla tastes better than chocolate, and that's a fact!" Nearly all of the time, it's an abused phrase.
Make a pointless post again, again? Oh wait, you just did, again, and yet it's still what you will probably do next. And then it will still be the thing you will probably do next. But, I'm less and less likely to see them or reply.
I was actually agreeing with you, Amazon is abusing their monopoly-power to extract identifying info from you, but on the other hand... it kind of is being a Karen, because... don't they have your address where you live to send you packages anyways? I mean, what's more identifying information? If it REALLY bothers you, get TWO phones. (You can get cell service for free or nearly-free these days anyways.) One to give companies your phone number, for "tracking purposes", and one for your personal and private business. Kind of like having a personal e-mail, and one that you "expect" to get spammed by companies. That's not an entirely unreasonable way to deal with modern life.
I really don't care because getting text are nice to have updates with.
China didn't ruin the world. They didn't put guns to the heads of Western companies and say you must manufacture here or we'll pull the trigger.Semi entertaining thread.
I love what amazon is, I hate how they do it. Back in the good old days before China ruined the world I rarely had to wait longer than 24 hours for my cheap Chinese crap to be delivered. Now my cheap, contaminated, Chinese crap takes days to arrive.
And China can manufacture top of the line stuff. China probably has the world's best manufacturing technology today. It's just that Western companies want and pay for the cheapest goods possible. So these companies and Western consumers are getting exactly what they paid for. If they're willing to pay more, China can definitely make top of the line stuff that will rival and beat any Western manufactured goods.China didn't ruin the world. They didn't put guns to the heads of Western companies and say you must manufacture here or we'll pull the trigger.
They ruined it with the wuflu.China didn't ruin the world. They didn't put guns to the heads of Western companies and say you must manufacture here or we'll pull the trigger.
They ruined it with the wuflu.
This is OT. Leave your hate at the door.Ah yes, straight from Trump's mouth to your brain.
They ruined it with the wuflu.
My Pixel 3a has call screening which more or less automates that process ... its fuggin awesome .. i hope its something all other phones eventually get ...My cellphone number had been under attack by robocalls since the pandemic started. I get 2-3 calls every day or two. Usually around 12-2pm or 4-7pm.
If I get a call from a company I do business with and they leave a voicemail, I save the contact in my phone. If my phone rings and doesn't have a contact record, I never answer it.
