Is the concept of context something you've never heard of before?

The thread title point the possibility of layoffs but the article
it use as basis is about AMD contracting a loan from a banks pool,
i still dont understand how a financial decision wich should ease
their cash management could lead to the conclusion that layoffs
are getting out of this money management move but nevermind
rationality , sensationalism always sell better..
