Morrowind does require hand-eye co-ordination since its realtime and not turnbased as many here have said.
its very pretty but the story is confused as hell and if you get lost or take a long break you're screwed as you have very few 'reminders' around. the graphics do REALLY wear off.
I would agree with the suggestion of looking into getting the PC version of FFvii as its one hell of a story and requires very little Hand-eye stuff, but be warned there are mini games within the story that require it, such as a snowboard slide down a mountain at one point that requires doging stuff.
strategy games like the warcraft series are good, you take take your time to a certain extent, especially the latest that has a bigger element of story too.
dont be tempted by might and magic.
