In your profile it says you are from Atlanta, Georgia, if you're going to post intelligent discussion to a forum with mostly intelligent folks, you should learn to better utilize the English language in order for people to take you seriously.

I would consider using the chemical reaction found in mitochondrion(atp) as a storage media. That is if the size is not to small for low powered lasers. Then I would design a cpu using mesurments in angstroms not microns. Perhaps using light, which operates in the terahertz wavelenght. I would then invest in making a internet cable that transmits data at speeds faster than light(Einstine has been proved wrong). Periphrials, a ball point mouse, motion sensor to turn it on when I am in the room. Hey something that is available. That is, clap on clap off for the simple minded ect. ect.. Finally, I would use it for an excuse to leave this country to go work for the highest bidder.

Screw the computer!

If I had half of Bill Gates' fortune, I'd buy a Gulfstream V to get to my private island off of the Central American Gulf Coast, which would of course have its own racetrack where I could drive my fleet of Ferraris as fast as I wanted.

Am I ambitious or what?

The bitter critique on from your post with regard to my English skill is trite and discriminative. Although I do acknowledge my flaws with the utilization of the English language, I do not believe such negligible defect is neither an accurate measurement of my intelligence nor does it truthfully exhibit my ability to carry out a descent and meaningful discussion. Your bias predilection on my intelligence is presumably based upon the fact that my screen name is ?CHINESE?, however, you have failed to recognize the fact that the post was written around 3:22 AM, which usually means that I am very exhausted; therefore, I would not be very conscious of my mechanical errors. Furthermore, I do not give a F@ck what type of grammar mistakes were on the thread because it is a tech forum not some literature assignment from my English Professor.
In response to the icon complain bitch, all I can say is get a motherf@ucking life!!! ?You are ashamed of using the same f@uckig icon as me?. Is that supposed to show that you are superior? WTF, I am embarrassed and mortified to share the same skin color with you. Until then, I wish you choke and suffocate on the rice you eat because you are a disgrace not only to your nationality, but also an ignominy of the entire human race.

trs80, kewl, it is nice to know that you are actually think ahead of current technology. molecular nanotechnology, a hybrid of chemistry and engineering is bad @ss hehe. With that kind of technology we would manufacture anything with atomic precision.

computers break down data into its most basic form 1s and 0s. considering the possibilties with nanotechnology we can deals with matter in its most elemental form: atoms and molecules, and therefore we can manipulate those atoms and molecules, making it possible to manufacture, replicate, and distribute any substance known to humans as easily and cheaply as you can replicate data on a computer.

this is koooooool hehe

Assumin I had proper funding I would do this:

Replace my monitor with a 21" Sony F500 (F series is a step up from the G sereis).

Then I would get an Asus A7V133, with another 256MB PC133 stick of RAM along with my current 256MB stick (I have 256MB PC133 and 128MB PC100, I'd just go 512MB PC133 and dump the PC100)

I would get a TBird 1200, run it at about 7x133 or 7.5x133 (933 or 1000) and down volt it to about 1.55 or 1.575 if I could get away with it.

Get a nice heavy duty SocketA heatsink with a nice quiet CPU fan.
Get a couple silent drive enclosures for my hard drives, and get a quieter DVD rom (toshiba probably)

I'd go buy a nice quiet power supply because mine is excessively loud.

Then I'd probably get a Radeon 32MB DDR LE (comes without a fan)

Finally a TB Santa Cruz and BA4800 speakers

That would leave me with a plently powerful system, and hopefully fairly quiet...get a little piece of quiet in my computer room....

That should about cover it....then I'd go buy a really nice house, and maybe one for my mom and little brother to. Then I'd invest a bunch of money and then go fund some soup houses for the poor.
