Many ppl are using the P4b chips on i875/i865 boards.
Abit IC7 have had very good results. If you go with a
canterwood/springdale, you will have a good upgrade
path as well.

Consider one of the newer boards that is backward compatable. Like the ASUS P4P800, plain or deluxe version. Either would do well with that CPU, and the Deluxe gives you all kinds of other things to play with, like SATA and Raid. http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket478/p4p800-d/overview.htm
