Motherboard suggestion for AMD Sempron 2600+

I'm looking to put together a media center PC (in place of buying a TiVo) and would like a suggestion for a motherboard to build the system around. I want to use a Sempron 2600+ processor and need a no hassle motherboard with integrated graphics and sound. The media PC will only be used to record shows, so I'm not looking to get incredibly fancy with the setup.

ASRock K8NF4G-SATA2 Good IGP and ALC850 audio, just so long as you don't need S/PDIF, AGP, and can live with 2 PCI, it is a great pick.
