mouse framerate problems...

for some odd reason (this was on my old PC as well) my mouse doesnt move all that smoothly. it seems to be skipping a few pixels when it moves. i guess its the framerate and even after i adjusted the sample rate to 100 and the input buffer to 300.

i am using windows 2000 on a geforce 2 ultra with a samsung syncmaster 753df monitor. thanks for your time everyone! -dave

so, do any of you people HELP? i mean, if these are support forums where is the SUPPORT? ANYBODY OUT THERE?

tried cleaning the mouse? All this gunk and stuff gets stuck on the roller thingos which detects the motion.. N/A if you have a optical mouse of couse.

Thats all i can think of..
