Mouse movement behavior is strange

I've noticed this after installing a new game (Fable 3.) Usually when this happens I could restart my computer and it would be fixed but this time it seems permanent. Already uninstalled the game. The red lines are what movement I am performing on my mouse (straight down.) The black lines are the result. It seems to move around in a snake like pattern horizontally and vertically. I've tried three different mice, several surfaces and it is all the same. Any thoughts? System restore is not possible since there's no recent data points. Thanks.

What mouse is it? Have you looked for a Firmware update?

Razer Naga, tested with a logitech and microsoft mouse also (all optical.) I updated firmware and even tried unintsalling/reinstalling but nothing new. It does the same thing in safe mode which is odd.

and....? Was the result the same or different? Is it the same on every surface? Have you tried disabling 'Enhance Pointer Precision' in the mouse CP?

Yes, tried all of those. Same thing so I'm thinking its something with my windows.
