Mouse Problem

I recently bought a G9 and love it. However, last night it got caught in this weird deal where no matter what way I moved it, the pointer would only move diagonally from the top right to the bottom left. I blew into the laser, and that seemed to take care of it, but I don't want to keep a bum mouse. I know my G7 started to do similar with increasing frequency later in its life.

Is this a symptom of something worth RMAing for or was it just dust?

Grab a pair of tweezers and check for hair, that's usually the culprit. Be sure not to scratch the lens.
