k it can only be 2 things.
either you have not installed the drivers properly, and the mouse is idling when u dont move it for a while. check if your problem happens after u dont move for a while, for example if your awping, and waiting for someone to peek, then u try to move the mouse and unscope and you are frozen for 2 seconds.. if had people with this problem, they were snapping and i fixed it. so make sure you download the latest drivers from the logitech website. the sensor under the mouse on the mx510 should ALWAYS be on.
#2 there is something wrong at the head of the mouse where the cord goes in. you need to either open the mouse up, and check the wires going in, one might be a bit loose. but before i do that, i would return it if its new.
these are the only 2 possibilities, trust me i have experience with these mice, practically my whole cs team uses the red mx 510. like every single one of us.
