Mp3 player recommendation?

Hi all,
I am happy enough with my Nano, but my wife is looking for a mp3 player that has "real" fast forward and not just that slow scanning that the Nano allows.
Can anyone recommend a player that has this feature?

Also, don't skip over COWON's iAudio line. Tremendous audio quality.

Actually, AnythingButiPod is pretty skimpy with the articles... DAPreview has much more information, I'd say. You should probably check the forums, too.
