MS Small Business Server 2000?

Hi.

I will need to install and setup a Win2000 Server and MS Exchange Server to replace NT4 Server systems
to company with almost 60 client computers (most of them are W2KPro & NT4ws).

If I buy Small Business Server 2000 /w 5CAL, then can all 60 clients can log on to domains?
I know that I must buy 60 licenses, but besides that legal issue, will I have any technical problems?

Please give me some input.

Well, for one thing..I think SBS only goes up to 50 clients total (at a hefty price tag at that). It will not allow more than the alotted users be logged on at the same time (unless they have changed it from 4.0). In this way, it is unlike a "normal" windows server. (Where you go by a sort of "honor" system as far as the number of users logged into the domain).

Anyway, SBS has always been plagued with problems related to hotfixes and such.. I remember waiting forever for a SBS version of one of the hotfixes that patched a big security hole.

I'd be cheaper to buy upgrades to 2K and Exchange 2K than SBS with that many users, even if the licencing limit weren't an issue. Don't get SBS - It's too limited and not the way to go if there's any growth in the company.
