MS Word Help plz

I have created a from using MS word and saved it as a webpage. I want this form to email all the entered data to myself. When I press submit I get the e-mail dialog box and outlook opens, but no data is in the email and no file is attached. Can anyone help?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. The technique in this page

did not work for me, running on Fedora... it just opened a new email message without the form content.

The way it's done usually is to have some server side script that processes the form and emails it to your address of choice. There are plenty of them out there for free for practically every server side scripting language. What webserver are you using? IIS? then google for an ASP form mailer and make the form you made in word submit to the ASP script. You should see instructions in your form mailer about how to specify a subject, to address and a 'thank you' page.
