I just came across this at newegg. It is a MSI ATI 4670 1gb PCIe video card for 39.99 after rebate. I was looking at the 4650 in the fry's ad for the same price.

^ the Google results are all just shopping / pricebot sites spamming "review" in their keywords to fool Google, I didn't see any actual reviews in the first few pages.

I might need a card for a HTPC, this has HDMI and an audio chip so it would be a good deal if it runs quiet.
