Got one running a couple of days ago. The board as shipped would not make use of my unlocked Tbird 800. A download of "overclocker experimental" BIOS from the MSI site took care of the limitation. I'm currently running the CPU at 133 MHz FSB and a multiplier of 7 (933 MHz.)
Quirks include: I am not utilizing the RAID feature and wish I could disable the FastTrak 100 "Lite" firmware for faster boots and eliminating an error message that could alarm less savvy users. I don't like the biz of changing a hardware jumper to put the FSB in 100/133 modes.
Major pisser: Had serious troubles with the VIA 4in1 drivers when installing them from the MSI supplied CD after the OS was installed. At least for Win2k let the Microsoft Windows Update site determine which 4in1 drivers to install. As I recall all it loaded was the DMA driver, leaving the others alone. I had to reinstall the entire OS after putting all the 4in1 (all six of them - go figger) on from the CD as it suggested. The manual said zero about Windows 2000, though it had instructions on the 4in1 drivers for everything else Windows, 95/98/98Se/Me/NT.
Given I've only had it up two days I can't make any creditable comments on stability, though I like what I see so far. In contrast to the Abit boards I've had, for example (BH6, BX6r2.) It hasn't been the most trouble-free mobo install I've done, but it seems to be worth the effort. As they say in Netland, YMMV.
