MSN Wallet Sign Up Problems??

I read here about getting 20% Rebates using MSN Wallet, which appears to be MS's competition for PayPal. I can tell PayPal "Don't Worry!". I spent more time than I want to tell you today trying to open a MSN Wallet Account. Cannot believe how CRAPPY their work/service is.
I would sign in with Passport 1st as directed and then try to access Wallet, this was from their own MSN Wallet Site, after long processing, it finally tells me that the site I am trying to access Wallet from does NOT accept Wallet.......blah, blah, blah...... over and over...... so I found their "service" "TALK to Support" where I though - finally, they do allow you to get some help w/o searching over hell's half acre - - - looked good......used it....... BUT...... NO Reply back!

TO HALL with their MSN Wallet - - - I now feel fortuante that I did not get it, with such crappy programming I'd probably been giving the World my CC #.

It's posts like this that I hate. Not only are they off topic, but they are completely incoherent. If you're not going to follow forum rules, the least you could do is make your b*tching readable.
