It's not a matter of should-the law was very clearly written and required that he MUST enforce the sanctions by a specified date in October, 2017. That date passed without even a word from either the WH or Congress, and nothing at all happened until a week or two ago when Trump issued a statement saying the threat of the sanctions was enough and he was going to do squat to his Russian handlers.I’ll bite, should President Trump enact the sanctions on Russia that were approved by the House & Senate?
