Multi monitor use question

Im currently using dual monitors on one computer, and it works great when used for normal work/web browsing. The problem arises when playing games. Ill have (TF2) running on the main screen and a website or document on the other. Why isnt it possible to connect another mouse and keyboard to the computer, where one controls your main screen and the other mouse/keyboard controls any other additional screens attached?

Even though the simplest solution would be to run multiple computers, dont really want to go that route and getting tired of alt-tabbing in games to use the additional monitors.

Yeah thats pretty cool. Now if only they can make a software program that could be done without multiple computers.

I believe this is already a thing, i remember reading long time ago about it being deployed in 3rd world countries to maximize computer use in libraries/schools etc. Sorry, no idea on the details.
