Why would anybody buy this Muvo2 for $187, when you can get the Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra 30 GB MP3 Player for $235? Same OEM, the MUVO is about $48 a gig, the zen about $8. No brainer if you ask me.

I got my 10GB iPod for a student price of $229.00, right before the mini iPods were released.

I'd clutch my iPod over any player still.

it's a personal thing...for me ipod (non-mini) is too bulky for gym purposes, but 10+GB is definitely nice to have.

This afternoon I was all set to buy but because of tax the price was $207 so I ordered from JANDR.com - Actually I called and was placed on the waiting list - The person on the phone said they just got some more in and filling any one on the waiting list. Final Price paid was $199 free shipping - No Coupons needed.

My Friend ordered from Creative 3 weeks ago and received his unit today. Upgraded to the latest Firmware (the one needed to do the restore if putting in another Compact Flash card after taking out the 4gb one to use in our cameras (Canon 10d) Yes the current unit he got today still has a Compact Flash Card that can be removed.

probably same reason u'd get a mini ipod over a gen4 ipod.

it's smaller. if u dont need that much space. the 4gb CF card alone is worth $200.

I ordered mine from Target yesterday. It came to $195 plus change. This included the 20% off coupon, shipping, and taxes. As soon as I placed my order and checked the item it showed "availability unknown" so maybe I snuck in under the wire. They estimate my ship date as the 18th. I plan to harvest the drive for use in my Canon G5 digicam. I may sell the unit minus the drive or throw in one of my 256mb cards and sell. I really don't have much use for the player itself. Last I heard people were still able to pull the drive and use it. I think the rumor of Hitachi changing it were false. From what I've read they aren't able to keep up with demand between the muvo2 and ipod so I doubt they've had the time to change their manufacturing process much less Apple and Creative changing theirs too.
